About
With over 25 years of experience across healthcare, government and corporate leadership development, I help leaders build the self-awareness, resilience and connection needed to lead well, not just perform well. My approach draws on evidence-based frameworks and a genuine belief that great leadership starts with authenticity and empathy, not authority.
I began my career as a clinical nurse specialist before moving into learning and development , an unusual path that shapes how I coach today: grounded, practical, and focused on what actually changes behaviour, not just what looks good in theory.
